 Founder - CEO

Dr. Yashira Valentín-Rosas holds a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University, a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. She is also a Certified Product Manager and Certified Product Marketing Manager, bringing a strategic, product-driven mindset to learning, training, and workforce development initiatives.

An experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant, as well as a Corporate Trainer and Facilitator, she specializes in designing and delivering high-impact professional development experiences for organizations and leadership teams. She has led and contributed to large-scale, multi-million-dollar education and training initiatives, supporting curriculum design and alignment, learning product development, leadership training, and enterprise-level program implementation across sectors.

Her work centers on aligning instructional design, learning technology, and organizational strategy to create engaging, measurable, and scalable learning experiences. As a Founder and CEO, she focuses on building sustainable systems that drive performance, strengthen leadership capacity, and support long-term organizational growth. She is deeply committed to mentoring professionals, advancing instructional quality, and developing inclusive learning frameworks that foster innovation and lasting impact.

Co-Founder

Jayson holds a master's degree in Information Technology Systems and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

He's a true believer that strategic processes are the ultimate driver of income and growth. His background in both the private and government sectors gives him a deep understanding of what it takes for an organization to increase its value, generate revenue, and foster real growth.

Jayson brings extensive experience supporting corporations and law firms through complex operational and strategic initiatives. He has managed and overseen a project docket valued at over $160 million for law firms, coordinating workflows, timelines, and cross-functional teams while ensuring accountability, performance tracking, and execution across high-stakes engagements.

 His strong business acumen enables him to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by organizations. This perspective allows him to develop tailored strategies and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives.

Senior Business Consultant

 Melvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez.   

He is driven by a genuine passion for building solutions that work, whether that means strengthening critical infrastructure, modernizing public systems, or guiding projects from concept through completion. 

Throughout his career, Melvin has played a key role in managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives, including federally funded portfolios exceeding $750 million. His work spans project planning, budget development, risk management, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance, always with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and long-term impact.

He has worked on infrastructure rehabilitation, facilities improvements, system upgrades, and program management efforts, adapting seamlessly to different client needs, industries, and project scopes. While he brings deep experience in energy efficiency and resilience initiatives, his approach and expertise extend far beyond any single sector.

Senior IT Business Consultant

Ervin Sánchez brings over a decade of experience in Health Information Systems, supported by a strategic, data-driven approach focused on process optimization and informed decision-making.

Throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale initiatives with project values exceeding $5 million, contributing to impactful, results-oriented outcomes across complex organizational environments.

His professional experience includes the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of information systems that support organizational management and resource optimization.

Ervin excels at identifying improvement opportunities, aligning technology with institutional objectives, and developing effective, scalable solutions that address the evolving challenges faced by modern organizations.
