CEO & Founder

Yashira holds a Doctorate in Education, specializing in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Bilingual/ESL Education. 

In addition to her academic background, Yashira is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She is a certified educator in both Texas and Puerto Rico, as well as a certified Principal. Her extensive experience in K-12 education, educational leadership, educational technology, program and curriculum implementation, urban and suburban districts, and professional development planning and execution has further solidified her dedication to promoting diversity in education.

Yashira's unwavering belief in the power of positive change through education has led her to become a passionate advocate for creating equitable learning environments for all students.

Co-Founder

Jayson holds a master's degree in Information Technology Systems and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

He strongly believes in the importance of enhancing systems and processes to drive the success of a company. With a passion for data analysis, Jayson has successfully developed multiple databases that have significantly streamlined operations and improved efficiency.

Jayson's extensive experience spans both the private and government sectors, where he has played a pivotal role in supporting corporations in their quest to increase value, generate revenue, and foster growth. His strong business acumen enables him to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by organizations. This holistic perspective allows him to develop tailored strategies and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives.
